SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): We may send you emails about new services, new staff, and other updates. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or unsubscribing from an email. You can also email StellarMassage1@gmail.com.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, online or in-store, verify your credit card, or place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for transactional and informative texts and emails. We do not bombard you with marketing, though you may get an offer not more than once every 90 days unless you specifically sign up for our short notice discount list.
How do I withdraw my consent?
You may withdrawing your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, or use of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at StellarMassage1@gmail.com. You can also unsubscribe to text by replying STOP, or emails by unsubscribing.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.
SECTION 4 - THIRD PARTIES
We use Zenoti as our scheduling system and shopping cart software. When you use our webstore or we enter any information into the scheduling or shopping cart software, this privacy policy applies. Our website, StellarMassage.com does not collect any iformation other than general google analatics. To see Zenoti's privacy policy, click here.
Payment:
Zenoti is our payment processor as well. Once we press submit, we no longer have access to your entire card number, just the last 4 numbers of the card stored in their system. All information is transmitted and stored securely by Zenoti.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted and stored securely by Zenoti. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
By using our webstore, you (the visitor) agrees to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purposes of currency conversion, marketing and analytics. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
